Friday the 5th of April it was time for the finale of Viruskenner at Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico Buonarroti-Pozzo in Trento, Italy. It was the very first Italian edition and an impressive one! As in The Netherlands, Suriname and Indonesia, the participants gathered knowledge about viruses and transmission routes and after that they created tools to spread their knowledge. We’ve seen super diverse end products: from video games to board games for elementary schools, disinfecting perfumes and instagram pages to boost the reach of a prevention message.

It was impressive, inspiring and above all great fun to watch and hear the Engelish pitches of the Italian participants!

Thank you so much to the school, the teachers, all the participants for a great first Italian edition.
See you next year!
