Knowledge as an antidote
This year around 1500 students in Suriname, Indonesia, Italy and the Netherlands will participate in and join the Viruskenner community.
November 13, 2018 was the kick off of the Dutch edition in the Erasmus MC. The upcoming months the kick off meetings at the other schools in the Netherlands and in the other countries will be organised.

After the kick off and the masterclass we go to the exciting national finals where the winning projects will be selected by an international jury, judged on content, creativity/innovation and societal impact.
Like viruses, knowledge is not limited to borders and this is how Viruskenner connects young students from different countries to work on solutions to prevent the spread of infectious disease.
